Part 2

Full Warranty

All Claude Code plans come with full warranty throughout the usage cycle. If the plan is lost, the customer will be re-upgraded or receive a full refund for the remaining time.

Option 1 — Preferred

Re-upgrade

The account will be re-upgraded to the corresponding plan, ensuring uninterrupted service.

Option 2

Prorated refund

If re-upgrade is not possible, the customer receives a refund based on the remaining days in the 30-day cycle.

Example

Max 5x plan priced at 2,200k.
Customer used 9/30 days before plan lost (21 days remaining).
Refund: 21 ÷ 30 × 2,200k = 1,540k

Part 3

NOT covered by warranty

Account banned by Anthropic due to fraud or Terms of Service (ToS) violation. Note: you would also be banned even if you purchased directly from Anthropic through the official website.
